What does a typical day look like?

What if I need to change my booking?

Sometimes plans change and we understand that! You can swap a date you’ve booked for a different date if it is no longer convenient, free of charge.

Need to cancel a booking? You can find our cancellation policy here: cancellation policy

What time can I drop off and collect my child?

You can drop your child off anytime after 8:00am and pick up anytime before 5:30pm! We advise that children arrive by 9:00am when activities start and that you don’t pick up until after 4:00pm so that the children can enjoy all of the activities in the afternoon. When you drop your child off we will ask for an estimated time of pick up, so that we can ensure they are ready to go.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes, we accept CCV and TFC childcare vouchers. Please use the drop down section when making payment and choose your provider.

Is lunch provided?

Yes, our fantastic catering team will provide a delicious lunch each day to fuel the fun!

Will my child be with children of a similar age?

Yes, our camps are designed by age group to ensure children are engaged and having fun all day long.
