Where most summer sports focus on keeping children busy, the Cricket Performance Camp is designed to develop players through proven coaching expertise and a professional training approach. Players will train in a structured learning environment. Stuart and his team of specially selected coaches will deliver a structured programme across 3 days, designed to build confidence, sharpen skills and accelerate real progress.
For a more immersive experience, the 3 day residential, inspired by the professional game, is an exciting opportunity for junior players 11+ to live and train like a pro. Full board and accommodation, an evening activity programme and 3 days of high level cricket coaching and training designed to help players level up their game.
What to Expect
Top-class coaching, structured sessions, skill development, match play, and confidence building, mindfulness, rehab and nutrition workshops. Across the 3 days, players will build in skills from the previous day and leave with:

Stuart Barnes has spent over 25 years developing cricketers from grassroots to the international arena. His career includes extensive coaching roles with Gloucestershire, Surrey, Somerset, Warwickshire, the England Young Lions, Cricket Ireland and Bangladesh.
Stuart has coached world class sportsmen and women at county, regional, national and international level. From primary school cricketers, development pathway players and international stars, Stuart’s ability to connect with cricketers at all levels to unlock potential and find sporting success is what sets him apart.
He has worked with Tom Curran, leading white ball bowler for Surrey & England, IPL start Sam Curran, Test Captain Ben Stokes, England all-rounder Chris Woakes and Sri Lankan legend Kumar Sangakkara. Stuart finds greatest satisfaction in helping players of all levels improve their performance and find long term success.
