October Half Term

As the nights draw in, join us at Westonbirt School this October half term for a spooktacular few days of seasonal fun, Hallowe’en themed games and adventures. Gather around the fire-pit at Forest School, step up and exercise bodies and brains before wrapping up the school holiday in seasonal style with a Monster Mash at the end of half term Hallowe’en party!

Discover Activity Camps at Westonbirt School, for the adventurous, inquisitive and curious!

What to Expect

Age groups 4 – 7 will enjoy pumpkin carving, making Jack O’Lanterns and seasonal decorations, and a full programme of  Hallowe’en themed sports and games. Expect marshmallow toasting at Forest School, mini-Olympics, a crazy art challenge and Lego competition. Discoverers will have the chance to captivate their audience at Discover Camps Got Talent,  fire up the grey matter at Mastermind, Hallowe-en Edition and turn up suitably scary attire for the ever popular Spooktacular Party at the end of a fun-filled week.

Age groups 8 – 14 will lunge into a bout of Fencing and buddy up for Team Challenges such as Egg Drop, Zipline and Ghost Raft. Can you Win It in a Minute?  It wouldn’t be Hallowe’en without pumpkin carving and Jack O’Lanterns –  to get stuck into at any age.  After stretching both brains and bodies at Mastermind, Yoga & Zumba, the week ends with the Spooktacular Party bringing a suitably scary end to a fun and active week.

Example Timetable

Discover a typical day at a Discover Activity Camp. There is plenty to keep children engaged and entertained.  Weekly activity schedules vary by location and there is seasonal added fun each school holiday.  Children are grouped by age for age-appropriate activities and may be combined for selected activities for social interaction and group dynamics.
